Heyday Store is closing its physical shop front and moving entirely online with an evolved concept. As part of this process, we are clearing all remaining stock so that when we launch our new concept later in the year, we can do so with a clean slate.
All purchases made after we 6.00pm (Adelaide time) on Wed 20 May 2020, will be FINAL SALE - that is, no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless faulty.
Purchases made prior to this time will still be eligible for our previous returns policy (below).

We accept returns within 7 days (with some exclusions and conditions apply, see below).
Items must be accompanied by a receipt, be in new and unused condition, have any tags still attached and be accompanied by any original packaging such as branded boxes and bags.
We offer full refunds to the original payment method or exchanges on full-priced items, and exchanges or store credit ONLY on sale items. Sale items reduced by 50% or more, including through use of a discount code, are final sale (no returns).
We also do not accept returns on vintage items, intimates (underwear), fragrances, or pierced ear jewellery.
If you wish to return or exchange an item you purchased from our online store, please contact us prior to returning your item for authorisation.
- We offer refunds or exchanges on eligible purchases if actioned within our 7 day return timeframe, commencing from the date the parcel was delivered or collected from a pick-up location (according to the tracking information) and ending on the date the items are received back in our store.
- Items returned outside the 7 day return timeframe are eligible for store credit ONLY at our discretion ~ returns for store credit may be rejected if the return request or return shipping was not actioned in a timely manner.
- You will be responsible for shipping costs in the case of either a refund or exchange. We recommend you send the parcel via a secure shipping method with tracking and insurance.
Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt, with payment refunded to the original payment method.
Unfortunately we cannot refund the original or return shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your original order and are returning the purchase in full, we will deduct the cost of this shipping from the refund amount.
