We hope you love everything you purchase from us, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 7 days (with some exclusions, see below).

Items must be accompanied by a receipt, be in new and unused condition, have any tags still attached and be accompanied by any original packaging such as branded boxes and bags.

We offer full refunds to the original payment method or exchanges on full-priced items, and exchanges or store credit ONLY on sale items. Sale items reduced by 50% or more are final sale (no returns).

We also do not accept returns on vintage items (including Ace & Jig pre-loved), intimates (underwear) or pierced ear jewellery.

Online returns

If you wish to return or exchange an item you purchased from our online store, please contact us to arrange authorisation. We offer returns and exchanges on eligible purchases within 7 days of delivery.

You will be responsible for returning the item to us via a secure shipping method. We recommend you send the parcel with tracking and insurance.

Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt (please note we are closed on Mondays), with payment refunded to the original payment method. Unfortunately we cannot refund the original or return shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your original order and are returning the purchase in full, we will deduct the cost of this shipping from the refund amount.
