We send items around the world with free shipping within Australia for orders over $150. Adelaide customers can also select the free 'In store collection' option at checkout to pick up goods in person. Shipping costs for all other orders are calculated at checkout.

We take great care to bundle your orders securely so your items arrive safe and sound. Where possible we re-use packaging to minimise the impact on the environment.

Delivery time

Most orders ship within two business days (please note that we are not open on Mondays or public holidays). 

Once you've placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your tracking status.


We use Australia Post and Sendle to send items within Australia, depending on the destination and the size of the parcel. Sendle is a 100% carbon neutral delivery service and certified B Corporation.

Deliveries within Adelaide typically arrive the day after shipping, deliveries to other Australian cities arrive within 2-3 days.

All deliveries are fully tracked - you will receive your tracking number in the email notifying you that your order has shipped.

Deliveries to NZ arrive within 4-6 working days after shipping

Deliveries to North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific arrive within 6-13 after shipping.

Deliveries to all other countries arrives within 10-15 working days after shipping. 

Tracking is available if supported by the relevant postal partner in your country.
