Kiss Kass Shaker
Hand woven in the Bolgatanga region of Northern Ghana from elephant grasss. Using the same technique as our famous Bolga baskets, these hand percussion instruments are traditionally played to accompany drummers.
Traditionally named Caxixi (ca-she-she), they are usually played in pairs. Vibrant, fun shakers are great all-round percussion which produce a range of sounds depending on how they’re played.
A wonderful musical instrument for the budding musician, as well as a unique decor piece.
Please note that as these are handmade no two Kiss Kass shakers are identical.
Country of origin: Ghana
