Globe Cushion - Oatmeal Linen
The Globe Cushions are based on children's blow up beach balls and globes. They are made up of six panels, with end circles at either base.
They have been meticulously and entirely hand made, right down to the inner, by Kirsty in Auckland, NZ.
The cover is made from upholstery grade linen - it is removable and closes with an invisible zip, which is colour matched to the outside linen.
The inner ball is stuffed with recycled rag, this encloses a bamboo layer, which is then mounted to a calico outer, each seam top stitched and closed with hand stitching.
The Globes are weighty cushions, almost like an old fashioned medicine ball. They weigh approximately 720 grams.
Care: The cover should be dry cleaned. Do not wet or dry clean the inners. Gently spot clean surface. Air in shade to freshen.
Don’t be afraid to vigorously plump these cushions back into shape. They respond well to being tossed in the air and patted!
Made in New Zealand.
